Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act 2002 s 7

s 7 Request to be made by or through Attorney General

(1) A request by Malaysia to a foreign State for assistance in a criminal matter under this Part shall be made by or through the Attorney General. (2) A request under subsection (1) shall be made through the diplomatic channel.

(1) Sesuatu permintaan oleh Malaysıa kepada sesuatu Negara asing bagı bantuan dalam perkara jenayah di bawah Bahagıan ini hendaklah dibuat oleh atau melalui Peguam Negara. (2) Sesuatu permintaan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibuat melalui saluran diplomatik.
