The provisions of section 73 shall not apply to the disclosure of any information or document— (a) which at the time of the disclosure is, or has already been made, lawfully available to the public from any source other than the operator or issuer; (b) which is in the form of a summary, consolidation, aggregate or collection of information set out in such manner as does not enable information relating to any particular participant or any particular user of a payment instrument to be ascertained from it; (c) which the customer, or his personal representative, has given permission in writing to disclose; (d) where such disclosure is required or authorized under any other provision of this Âct; (e) where such disclosure is authorized in writing by the Bank; or (f) where such disclosure is required or authorized by any court or under any written law.
