National Anti-Drugs Agency Act 2004 s 2
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— “Agency” means the National Anti-Drugs Agency established under section 3; Laws of Malaysia Act 638 “Director General” means the Director General of the Agency appointed under subsection 4(1); “Minister” means the Minister charged with the responsibility for internal security; “officer of the Agency” includes the Director General and any officer appointed under section 5. *NOTE—This Act is not yet in force.

Dalam Akta ini, melainkan jika konteksnya menghendaki makna yang lain— “Agensi” ertinya Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 3; *CATATAN—Akta ini masih belum berkuat kuasa. Undang-Undang Malaysia Akta 638 “Ketua Pengarah” ertinya Ketua Pengarah Agensi yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 4(1); “Menteri” ertinya Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi keselamatan dalam negeri; “pegawai Agensi” termasuklah Ketua Pengarah dan mana-mana pegawai yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 5.
