(1) The Board of the Corporation, which shall exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Corporation, is established.
(2) The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a) a Chairman who shall be appointed by the Minister;
(b) the Chief Executive of the Corporation;
(c) the Director General of the National Vocational Training Council or his representative;
(d) a representative from the Ministry of Finance;
(e) a representative from the Prime Minister’s Department;
(f) two persons representing private skills training providers, to be appointed by the Minister; and
(g) two persons who possess special knowledge or experience in financial or commercial matters, to be appointed by the Minister.
(3) A member appointed under paragraph (2)(f) or (g) shall hold office for a term of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
(4) The Minister may revoke the appointment of a member appointed under paragraph (2)(f) or (g) without giving reasons for such revocation.
(5) The provisions of the Schedule shall apply to the Board.

Lembaga Pengarah
(1) Lembaga Perbadanan, yang hendaklah menjalankan kuasa dan melaksanakan fungsi Perbadanan, ditubuhkan.
(2) Lembaga hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota seperti yang berikut:
(a) seorang Pengerusi yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri;
(b) Ketua Eksekutif Perbadanan;
(c) Ketua Pengarah Majlis Latihan Vokasional Kebangsaan atau wakilnya;
(d) seorang wakil daripada Kementerian Kewangan;
(e) seorang wakil daripada Jabatan Perdana Menteri;
(f) dua orang yang mewakili penyedia latihan kemahiran swasta, yang akan dilantik oleh Menteri; dan
(g) dua orang yang mempunyai pengetahuan khas atau pengalaman dalam hal kewangan atau perdagangan, yang akan dilantik oleh Menteri.
(3) Seseorang anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan (2)(f) atau (g) hendaklah memegang jawatan bagi tempoh tiga tahun dan hendaklah layak untuk dilantik semula.
(4) Menteri boleh membatalkan pelantikan anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan (2)(f) atau (g) tanpa memberi alasan tentang pembatalan tersebut.
(5) Peruntukan Jadual hendaklah terpakai bagi Lembaga.
