Skills Development Fund Act 2004 s 27
(1) The Corporation may appoint or employ such number of officers and servants to assist the Corporation in carrying out its functions under this Act. (2) Subject to paragraph 9(2)(e) and sections 28 and 29, the Corporation, with the approval of the Minister, may determine the terms and conditions of service of its officers and servants.
Pelantikan pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan
(1) Perbadanan, boleh melantik atau mengambil kerja apaapa bilangan pegawai dan pekhidmat untuk membantu Perbadanan menjalankan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini. (2) Tertakluk kepada perenggan 9(2)(e) dan seksyen 28 dan 29, Perbadanan, dengan kelulusan Menteri, boleh menentukan terma dan syarat-syarat perkhidmatan pegawai dan pekhidmatnya.
