s 30 Prior approval of the Treasury, the Public Services Department, etc. to be obtained
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 9(2)(e) and sections 28 and 29, the Corporation shall not, without the prior written approval of the Treasury, the Public Services Department or other relevant authoritiesβ
(a) establish or modify any post or scheme of service for officers and servants of the Corporation, including the terms and conditions of service and the wages; or
(b) make arrangements with respect toβ
(i) any pension scheme, retirement benefits, gratuities and any scheme relating to allowances and other remuneration; and
(ii) loan and advance facilities.

Kelulusan terlebih dahulu Perbendaharaan, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam, dsb. hendaklah diperoleh
Walau apa pun peruntukan perenggan 9(2)(e) dan seksyen 28 dan 29, Perbadanan tidak boleh, tanpa kelulusan bertulis terlebih dahulu Perbendaharaan, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam atau pihak berkuasa lain yang berkenaanβ
(a) mewujudkan atau mengubah suai apa-apa jawatan atau skim perkhidmatan untuk pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan, termasuk terma dan syarat perkhidmatan dan gaji; atau
(b) membuat perkiraan berkenaan denganβ
(i) apa-apa skim pencen, faedah persaraan, gratuiti dan apa-apa skim yang berhubungan dengan elaun dan saraan lain; dan
(ii) kemudahan pinjaman dan pendahuluan.
