Skills Development Fund Act 2004 s 32

s 32 Corporation may adopt regulations, etc.

For the purposes of this Part, the Corporation, with the approval of the Minister, may adopt with such modifications as may be necessary any regulations, rules, policies, circulars and directives enacted or issued by the Federal Government.

Bagi maksud Bahagian ini, Perbadanan, dengan kelulusan Menteri, boleh menerima pakai dengan apa-apa ubah suaian yang perlu mana-mana peraturan, kaedah, dasar, pekeliling dan arahan yang diperbuat atau dikeluarkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan.
