s 34 Power to approve or refuse application for registration
The Corporation may, after considering the report of the Chief Executive— (a) register the skills training provider; or (b) refuse the application, stating the grounds for its refusal.

Kuasa untuk meluluskan atau menolak permohonan bagi pendaftaran
Perbadanan boleh, selepas menimbangkan laporan Ketua Eksekutif— (a) mendaftarkan penyedia latihan kemahiran itu; atau (b) menolak permohonan itu, dengan menyatakan alasan bagi penolakan itu.
