(1) When a skills training provider is registered under section 34, the Chief Executive shall issue to the skills training provider a certificate of registration.
(2) The certificate of registration shall specify the principal premises where the skills training provided by the skills training provider is being carried on.
(3) The skills training provider shall cause a copy of the certificate of registration to be exhibited in a conspicuous place in the premises specified in the certificate of registration.
(4) Every skills training provider registered under section 34 shall comply with the provisions of this Act and subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
(5) Upon any skills training provider ceasing to provide skills training, the skills training provider shall surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Executive within three months from the date of such cessation.

Perakuan pendaftaran
(1) Apabila sesuatu penyedia latihan kemahiran didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 34, Ketua Eksekutif hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran kepada penyedia latihan kemahiran itu.
(2) Perakuan pendaftaran hendaklah menyatakan di mana premis utama penyedia latihan kemahiran itu menjalankan latihan kemahirannya.
(3) Penyedia latihan kemahiran hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salinan perakuan pendaftaran dipamerkan di tempat yang mudah dilihat di premis yang dinyatakan dalam perakuan pendaftaran itu.
(4) Tiap-tiap penyedia latihan kemahiran yang berdaftar di bawah seksyen 34 hendaklah mematuhi peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini dan perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
(5) Apabila mana-mana penyedia latihan kemahiran berhenti menyediakan latihan kemahiran, penyedia latihan kemahiran itu hendaklah menyerahkan perakuan pendaftaran kepada Ketua Eksekutif dalam masa tiga bulan dari tarikh pemberhentian itu.
