Skills Development Fund Act 2004 s 39
The Corporation may, at any time at the time of or after the registration of a skills training provider under section 34, impose such conditions as it may deem necessary or reasonable and may vary, amend or revoke any conditions or impose new or additional conditions from time to time.
Kuasa untuk mengenakan syarat
Perbadanan boleh, pada bila-bila masa atau selepas pendaftaran suatu penyedia latihan kemahiran itu di bawah seksyen 34, mengenakan apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang disifatkannya perlu atau munasabah dan boleh mengubah, meminda atau membatalkan apa-apa syarat atau mengenakan syarat baru atau menambahkan syarat dari semasa ke semasa.
