s 42 Power of Minister on appeals

(1) The Minister, on an appeal being made to him under section 41, may confirm, revoke or vary the decision of the Corporation under section 34 or 37. (2) The Minister shall communicate his decision in writing to the person making the appeal and to the Corporation through the Chief Executive.

Kuasa Menteri ke atas rayuan

(1) Menteri, dalam sesuatu rayuan yang dibuat kepadanya di bawah seksyen 41, boleh mengesahkan, membatalkan atau mengubah keputusan Perbadanan di bawah seksyen 34 atau 37. (2) Menteri hendaklah memaklumkan keputusannya secara bertulis kepada orang yang membuat rayuan itu dan kepada Perbadanan melalui Ketua Eksekutif.
