s 58 Collection agents
(1) Without prejudice to the responsibilities and powers of the Corporation to recover the repayment of skills training loan under section 55, the Inland Revenue Board shall be appointed to be a collection agent for and on behalf of the Corporation for the recovery of any skills training loan due for repayment to the Corporation by any loan recipient.
(2) In addition to the Inland Revenue Board, the Corporation, with the approval of the Minister and the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, may appoint such number of collection agents as may be expedient or necessary for the recovery of skills training loan repayments.

Ejen pemungutan
(1) Tanpa menjejaskan tanggungjawab dan kuasa Perbadanan untuk mendapatkan pembayaran balik pinjaman latihan kemahiran di bawah seksyen 55, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri hendaklah dilantik sebagai ejen pemungutan untuk dan bagi pihak Perbadanan bagi mendapatkan kembali apa-apa pinjaman latihan kemahiran yang kena dibayar balik kepada Perbadanan oleh mana-mana penerima pinjaman.
(2) Sebagai tambahan kepada Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Perbadanan, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, boleh melantik apa-apa bilangan ejen pemungutan sebagaimana yang suai manfaat atau perlu bagi mendapatkan kembali pembayaran balik pinjaman latihan kemahiran.
