Skills Development Fund Act 2004 s 62
For the purpose of this Act, the Inland Revenue Board or collection agent may use such methods that are permitted under the law to give effect to the collection of the repayments of skills training loan in respect of each loan recipient.
Kaedah yang sah bagi pemungutan pembayaran balik pinjaman latihan kemahiran
Bagi maksud Akta ini, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri atau ejen pemungutan boleh menggunakan apa-apa kaedah yang dibenarkan di bawah undang-undang untuk melaksanakan pemungutan pembayaran balik pinjaman latihan kemahiran berkenaan dengan setiap penerima pinjaman.
