s 91 Obligation of secrecy
(1) Except for any of the purposes of this Act or for the purposes of any civil or criminal proceedings under any written law, no member of the Board, member of a committee, officer, servant or agent of the Corporation shall disclose any information which has been obtained by him in the course of his duties and which is not published in pursuance of this Act.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.

Obligasi menyimpan rahsia
(1) Kecuali bagi mana-mana maksud Akta ini atau bagi maksud apa-apa prosiding sivil atau jenayah di bawah mana-mana undangundang bertulis, tiada anggota Lembaga, anggota sesuatu jawatankuasa, pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen Perbadanan boleh mendedahkan apa-apa maklumat yang telah diperolehnya semasa menjalankan kewajipan-kewajipannya dan yang tidak disiarkan menurut Akta ini.
(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh apabila disabitkan didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan atau kedua-duanya.
