s 107 Costs of proceedings before Court
In respect of any proceedings before the Court under this Act, the Court may, at its own discretion, direct that the costs of one party be paid in such amount and by such other party as it thinks just.

Mahkamah boleh, berkenaan dengan apa-apa prosiding di hadapannya di bawah Akta ini, mengikut budi bicaranya sendiri, mengarahkan supaya kos suatu pihak dibayar dalam apa-apa amaun dan oleh mana-mana pihak lain sebagaimana yang difikirkannya adil.
