Langkawi International Yachting Companies Act 2005 s 123
The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Registrar, on an application in writing, exempt any Langkawi company or foreign Langkawi company, or any person or class of persons, or class of Langkawi companies or foreign Langkawi companies from any of the provisions of this Act and may, in granting such exemption, impose such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
Kuasa pengecualian
Menteri boleh, atas syor Pendaftar, apabila sesuatu permohonan secara bertulis dibuat, mengecualikan mana-mana syarikat Langkawi atau syarikat Langkawi asing, atau mana-mana orang atau kelas orang, atau kelas syarikat Langkawi atau syarikat Langkawi asing daripada mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini dan boleh, dalam memberikan pengecualian itu, mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkan sesuai oleh Menteri.
