Langkawi International Yachting Companies Act 2005 s 29
(1) There shall be lodged with the memorandum of a Langkawi company the articles of association signed by the subscribers to the memorandum prescribing regulations for the company. (2) Articles of association shall beβ (a) printed; (b) divided into numbered paragraphs; and (c) signed by each subscriber to the memorandum or, if any subscriber is a company, sealed with its company seal or signed on its behalf.
Perkara persatuan
(1) Maka hendaklah diserahkan bersama dengan memorandum sesuatu syarikat Langkawi perkara persatuan yang ditandatangani oleh penandatangan kepada memorandum itu yang menetapkan peraturan-peraturan bagi syarikat itu. (2) Perkara persatuan hendaklahβ (a) bercetak; (b) dibahagikan kepada perenggan bernombor; dan (c) ditandatangani oleh setiap penandatangan kepada memorandum itu atau, jika mana-mana penandatangan ialah suatu syarikat, dimeterai dengan meterai syarikatnya atau ditandatangani bagi pihaknya.
