Langkawi International Yachting Companies Act 2005 s 75
(1) Every Langkawi company shall cause minutes of all proceedings of meetings of members and of meetings of directors to be entered in books kept for that purpose. (2) Unless the Registrar otherwise directs, all minute books of a Langkawi company shall be kept at the registered office of the company but duplicates of the minute books or any of them may be kept elsewhere and shall be open for inspection without any charge by any member.
Minit prosiding
(1) Tiap-tiap syarikat Langkawi hendaklah menyebabkan minit semua prosiding mesyuarat anggota dan mesyuarat pengarah dicatatkan dalam buku yang disimpan bagi maksud itu. (2) Melainkan jika Pendaftar mengarahkan selainnya, semua buku minit suatu syarikat Langkawi hendaklah disimpan di pejabat berdaftar syarikat itu tetapi pendua buku minit itu atau mana-mana satu daripadanya boleh disimpan di tempat lain dan hendaklah terbuka untuk pemeriksaan tanpa apa-apa caj oleh mana-mana anggota.
