Arbitration Act 2005 s 31
(1) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, in any arbitral proceedings with more than one arbitrator, any decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be made by a majority of all its members. (2) Where so authorized by the parties or by all the members of the arbitral tribunal, questions of procedure may be decided by the presiding arbitrator.
Keputusan yang dibuat oleh panel penimbang tara
(1) Melainkan jika dipersetujui selainnya oleh pihak-pihak, dalam prosiding timbang tara yang terdapat lebih daripada seorang penimbang tara, apa-apa keputusan tribunal timbang tara itu hendaklah dibuat oleh majoriti daripada semua anggotanya. (2) Jika dibenarkan sedemikian oleh pihak-pihak atau semua anggota tribunal timbang tara, soal tatacara boleh diputuskan oleh penimbang tara pengerusi.
