Animals Act 1953 s 70

s 70 Obstructing officers in the execution of their duties

Any person who without lawful excuse obstructs or impedes or assists in obstructing or impeding any veterinary authority, police officer or officer of customs in the exercise of his duty under this Act or any rule or order made under it shall be liable to a fine of five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term of six months or to both.
