s 112 Licensee to inform Commission
Any licensee which considers that— (a) it is insolvent; or (b) it has suspended payment to any extent that prejudices its operations, shall immediately inform the Commission of the fact.

Pemegang lesen hendaklah memaklumkan Suruhanjaya
Mana-mana pemegang lesen yang mendapati bahawa— (a) ia adalah tidak solven; atau (b) ia telah menggantungkan pembayaran pada apa-apa takat sehingga menjejaskan pengendaliannya, hendaklah dengan segera memaklumkan Suruhanjaya mengenai hakikat itu.
