(1) The Commission shall maintain a record of all information or documents received pursuant to the orders given under subsection 132(2). (2) A record maintained under subsection (1) may be made available to the public.

Rekod maklumat
(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu rekod mengenai semua maklumat atau dokumen yang diterima menurut perintah yang diberikan di bawah subseksyen 132(2). (2) Suatu rekod yang disenggarakan di bawah subseksyen (1) boleh dijadikan tersedia kepada awam.
