s 167 Manner of service of documents
(1) Service of a document on any person shall be effected—
(a) by delivering the document to the person or by delivering the document to the last known address of the person;
(b) by leaving the document at the last known address or place of business of the person in a cover addressed to that person; or
(c) by forwarding the document by post in a prepaid letter addressed to the person at his last known address or place of business.
(2) A document required to be served on the owner, management corporation or occupier of any premises shall be deemed to be properly addressed if addressed by the description of the “owner”, “management corporation” or “occupier” of such premises without further name or description and may be served by delivering the document to an adult person on the premises or, if there is no such person on the premises to whom the document can with reasonable diligence be delivered, by fixing the document on some conspicuous part of the premises.

Cara penyampaian dokumen
(1) Penyampaian sesuatu dokumen kepada mana-mana orang hendaklah dilaksanakan—
(a) dengan menyerahkan dokumen itu kepada orang itu atau dengan menyerahkan dokumen itu ke alamat orang itu yang terakhir diketahui;
(b) dengan meninggalkan dokumen itu di alamat orang itu yang terakhir diketahui atau di tempat perniagaan orang itu dalam suatu sampul yang dialamatkan kepada orang itu; atau
(c) dengan menghantar dokumen itu melalui pos berbayar dahulu yang dialamatkan kepada orang itu di alamatnya yang terakhir diketahui atau di tempat perniagaannya.
(2) Sesuatu dokumen yang dikehendaki disampaikan kepada pemilik, perbadanan pengurusan atau penghuni mana-mana premis hendaklah disifatkan telah dialamatkan dengan sepatutnya jika dialamatkan dengan menggunakan perihalan “pemilik”, “perbadanan pengurusan” atau “penghuni” premis itu tanpa nama atau perihalan lanjut dan boleh disampaikan dengan menyerahkan dokumen itu kepada seorang dewasa yang berada di premis itu atau, jika tiada orang sedemikian di premis itu yang dokumen itu dapat diserahkan kepadanya dengan usaha yang munasabah, dengan melekatkan dokumen di mana-mana bahagian yang mudah dilihat di premis itu.
