Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 183
The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the Commission or against any officer, servant or agent of the Commission in respect of any act, neglect or default done or omitted by him in such capacity.
Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948
Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948 [Akta 198] hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding terhadap Suruhanjaya atau terhadap mana-mana pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen Suruhanjaya berkenaan dengan apaapa perbuatan, pengabaian atau keingkaran yang dilakukan atau ditinggalkan olehnya atas sifat yang sedemikian.
