s 19 Register of individual licence
The Commission shall maintain a register, in accordance with section 176, which shall be made available to the public, of—
(a) any individual licence granted by the Minister;
(b) any exemption order to licensing requirements of individual licence granted by the Minister;
(c) any special conditions specified in the individual licence;
(d) any imposition of additional conditions or variation or revocation of conditions;
(e) any written notice by the individual licensee surrendering its individual licence;
(f) any revocation of individual licence;
(g) any non-renewal of individual licence; and
(h) any written approval from the Minister to the assignment, sub-licensing or transfer of an individual licence.

Daftar lesen individu
Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyenggarakan suatu daftar, mengikut seksyen 176, yang hendaklah dijadikan tersedia untuk awam, mengenai—
(a) apa-apa lesen individu yang diberikan oleh Menteri;
(b) apa-apa perintah pengecualian bagi kehendak pelesenan lesen individu yang diberikan oleh Menteri;
(c) apa-apa syarat khas yang dinyatakan dalam lesen individu;
(d) apa-apa pengenaan syarat tambahan atau perubahan atau pembatalan syarat;
(e) apa-apa notis bertulis oleh pemegang lesen individu yang menyerahkan balik lesen individunya;
(f) apa-apa pembatalan lesen individu;
(g) apa-apa lesen individu yang tidak dibaharui; dan
(h) apa-apa kelulusan bertulis daripada Menteri bagi penyerahhakkan, pensublesenan atau pemindahmilikan lesen individu.
