s 22 Power to exempt from requirement for class licence
(1) The Minister may, upon the recommendation of the Commission, by order published in the Gazette, exempt a person from the licensing requirements under section 20 subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
(2) A person who is exempted from the licensing requirements under subsection (1) shall comply with the duties and obligations of a licensee as if the person is a class licensee under this Act unless otherwise specified in the exemption order.

Kuasa untuk mengecualikan daripada kehendak bagi lesen kelas
(1) Menteri boleh, atas syor Suruhanjaya, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengecualikan seseorang daripada kehendak pelesenan di bawah seksyen 20 tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan patut oleh Menteri.
(2) Seseorang yang dikecualikan daripada kehendak pelesenan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah mematuhi kewajipan dan obligasi seorang pemegang lesen seolah-olah orang itu ialah seorang pemegang lesen kelas di bawah Akta ini melainkan jika dinyatakan selainnya dalam perintah pengecualian itu.
