Water Services Industry Act 2006 s 46
A developer of a new development shall be required to construct a water supply system and a sewerage system or part of the systems in its development in accordance with requirements set out in any plan and specification approved by the Commission according to section 45.
Kehendak bagi pemaju untuk membina sistem bekalan air dan sistem pembetungan
Pemaju sesuatu pembangunan baru hendaklah membina suatu sistem bekalan air dan suatu sistem pembetungan atau sebahagian daripada sistem itu dalam pembangunannya mengikut kehendak yang dinyatakan dalam pelan dan spesifikasi yang diluluskan oleh Suruhanjaya mengikut seksyen 45.
