s 90 Rights of water distribution licensee who is licensed to provide sewerage services
A water distribution licensee who is also licensed to provide sewerage services under this Act shall be entitled to exercise all its rights and remedies under this Part irrespective of—
(a) whether the water distribution licensee has an agreement with the consumer for the supply of water or the provision of sewerage services; or
(b) the terms of any existing agreement with the consumer for the supply of water or the provision of sewerage services.

Hak pemegang lesen pengagihan air yang dilesenkan untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan pembetungan
Pemegang lesen pengagihan air yang juga dilesenkan untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan pembetungan di bawah Akta ini adalah berhak untuk menjalankan semua hak dan remedinya di bawah Bahagian ini tanpa mengira —
(a) sama ada pemegang lesen pengagihan air itu mempunyai perjanjian dengan pengguna bagi pembekalan air atau penyediaan perkhidmatan pembetungan; atau
(b) terma mana-mana perjanjian yang sedia ada dengan pengguna bagi pembekalan air atau penyediaan perkhidmatan pembetungan.
