Malaysian Pepper Board Act 2006 s 51

s 51 Property in forfeited pepper, etc.

Any pepper or pepper product or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article forfeited or taken and deemed to be forfeited under this Part shall be the property of the Board.

Hak harta mengenai lada, dsb., yang dilucuthakkan

Apa-apa lada atau keluaran lada atau hasil penjualannya, atau apa-apa kenderaan, jentera, peralatan, kelengkapan, buku, rekod, dokumen atau benda lain yang dilucuthakkan atau yang diambil dan disifatkan dilucuthakkan di bawah Bahagian ini hendaklah menjadi harta Lembaga.
