(1) All applications, approvals or decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the dissolved Board under the repealed Regulations shall on the appointed day be dealt with by the Board under this Act.
(2) All applications, approvals or decisions, on appeal or otherwise, pending before the Minister under the repealed Regulations shall on the appointed day be dealt with by the Minister under this Act.
(3) All instruments, certificates or documents lodged with the dissolved Board under the repealed Regulations before the appointed day shall on the appointed day be lodged with the Board.

Penerusan permohonan, dsb., yang belum selesai
(1) Segala permohonan, kelulusan atau keputusan, atas rayuan atau selainnya, yang belum selesai di hadapan Jemaah dibubarkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan dimansuhkan hendaklah pada hari ditetapkan diuruskan oleh Lembaga di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Segala permohonan, kelulusan atau keputusan, atas rayuan atau selainnya, yang belum selesai di hadapan Menteri di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan dimansuhkan hendaklah pada hari ditetapkan diuruskan oleh Menteri di bawah Akta ini.
(3) Segala surat cara, perakuan atau dokumen yang diserah simpan dengan Jemaah dibubarkan di bawah Peraturan-Peraturan dimansuhkan sebelum hari ditetapkan hendaklah pada hari ditetapkan diserah simpan dengan Lembaga.
