s 26 Notice of definitive safeguard measure

Immediately upon taking a decision regarding the application of a definitive safeguard measure, the Government shall publish a notice regarding application of a definitive safeguard measure, and such notice shall contain information as prescribed.

Notis bagi langkah perlindungan muktamad

Sebaik selepas suatu keputusan diambil mengenai suatu langkah perlindungan muktamad, Kerajaan hendaklah menyiarkan suatu notis mengenai pengenaan suatu langkah perlindungan muktamad dan notis itu hendaklah mengandungi maklumat sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
