Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission Act 2007 s 29

s 29 Application of Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge)

(1) The Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 [Act 605] shall apply to the Commission. (2) Without prejudice to anything contained in the Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000, an officer or employee of the Commission shall, at all times, act in good faith and comply with such functions and duties as may be provided in the by-laws issued by the Board under paragraph 12(1)(a).
