Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission Act 2007 s 39

s 39 Reporting requirement

(1) The Commission shall, as soon as possible after the close of its financial year, send to the Minister— (a) a copy of its statement of accounts certified by the Auditor General and a copy of the Auditor General’s report; and (b) an annual report on the working of the Commission under this Act during the financial year. (2) The Minister shall, as soon as may be, table a copy of the statement of accounts certified by the Auditor General, a copy of the Auditor General’s report and the annual report before the Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara. (3) The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Commission subject to the provisions of this Act.
