Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 s 33

s 33 Property in forfeited fuel, etc.

Any fuel or the proceeds of sale thereof, or any conveyance, machinery, contrivance, equipment, book, record, document or other article forfeited or deemed to be forfeited under this Act shall be the property of the licensing authority.
