Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 s 48

s 48 Joinder of offences

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other written law to the contrary, where a person is accused of more than one offence under this Act, he may be charged with and tried at one trial for any number of such offences committed within the space of any length of time.
