Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 10
The Registrar, on registering a youth society under subsection 9(1), shall issue to the society a certificate of registration in the prescribed form and that certificate unless proved to have been cancelled, shall be conclusive evidence for all purposes that the society has been duly registered under this Act.
Perakuan pendaftaran
Pendaftar, apabila mendaftarkan suatu pertubuhan belia di bawah subseksyen 9(1), hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran dalam borang yang ditetapkan kepada pertubuhan itu, dan perakuan itu hendaklah, melainkan jika dibuktikan telah dibatalkan, menjadi keterangan konklusif bagi segala maksud bahawa pertubuhan itu telah didaftarkan dengan sewajarnya di bawah Akta ini.
