Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 100

s 100 Forfeiture

Any books, accounts, writings, banners, insignia or other property belonging to any unlawful society shall, upon order of a Judge of a Sessions Court or a Magistrate, be forfeited and given to the Registrar or to an Assistant Registrar for disposal in such manner as he may think fit.

Apa-apa buku, akaun, tulisan, sepanduk, tanda kebesaran atau harta lain yang dipunyai oleh mana-mana pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang hendaklah, selepas mendapat perintah Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen atau Majistret, dilucuthakkan dan diberikan kepada Pendaftar atau Penolong Pendaftar untuk pelupusan mengikut cara yang difikirnya patut.
