Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 110

s 110 Power to enter premises without warrant or notice

The enforcement officer shall, for the purpose of ensuring whether the provision of this Act or any regulation made thereunder or any condition of registration under this Act is being complied with, have power without warrant or notice at all reasonable time to enter any premises and to conduct investigation or inspection if there is a reasonable ground that such premises is or is being used for purposes prejudicial to or incompatible with the interest of the security of Malaysia, public order or morality.

Kuasa untuk memasuki premis tanpa waran atau notis

Seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa hendaklah, bagi maksud memastikan sama ada peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya atau mana-mana syarat pendaftaran di bawah Akta ini dipatuhi, mempunyai kuasa tanpa waran atau notis pada semua masa yang munasabah untuk memasuki mana-mana premis dan membuat siasatan atau pemeriksaan apabila terdapat sebab yang menasabah bahawa premis tersebut digunakan atau sedang digunakan bagi maksud yang memudaratkan atau bertentangan dengan kepentingan keselamatan Malaysia, ketenteraman awam atau kemoralan.
