s 16 Inspection of documents and evidentiary value of copies certified by Registrar
(1) Subject to subsection (2), documents filed with the Registrar in pursuance to any provision of this Act or any regulations made thereunder and any copy of any certificate, order, notice or any other document issued by the Registrar under this Act may, on payment of the prescribed fee—
(a) be inspected by any person; or
(b) be obtained by any person from the Registrar:
Provided that the person seeking the inspection or copy states the purpose for which he requires the same, and the Registrar is satisfied that such purpose is a lawful purpose, and that the inspection or copy is not being sought by or on behalf of an unlawful society.
(2) No person, other than a person whom the Registrar is satisfied to be a member of a registered youth society, may inspect or obtain from the Registrar the accounts of such youth society or a copy thereof.
(3) A copy of or an extract from any document received at the office of the Registrar certified to be true copy or extract under the hand and seal of the Registrar shall, in any proceedings be admissible in evidence without any further proof.

Pemeriksaan dokumen dan nilai keterangan salinan yang diakui sah oleh Pendaftar
(1) Tertakluk kepada subseksyen (2), dokumen yang difailkan dengan Pendaftar menurut peruntukan Akta ini atau mana-mana peraturan yang dibuat di bawahnya dan apa-apa salinan bagi apaapa perakuan, perintah, notis atau apa-apa dokumen lain yang dikeluarkan oleh Pendaftar di bawah Akta ini boleh, apabila fi yang ditetapkan dibayar—
(a) diperiksa oleh mana-mana orang; atau
(b) diperoleh oleh mana-mana orang daripada Pendaftar:
Dengan syarat bahawa orang yang memohon untuk memeriksa atau mendapatkan salinan itu menyatakan maksud yang dia kehendaki dan Pendaftar berpuas hati bahawa maksud itu adalah maksud yang sah di sisi undang-undang, dan pemeriksaan atau salinan itu tidak diminta oleh atau bagi pihak mana-mana pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang.
(2) Tiada seorang pun, selain seorang yang Pendaftar berpuas hati merupakan anggota suatu pertubuhan belia berdaftar, boleh memeriksa atau mendapatkan daripada Pendaftar akaun pertubuhan belia itu atau salinannya.
(3) Suatu salinan atau cabutan daripada apa-apa dokumen yang diterima di pejabat Pendaftar yang diperakui sebagai salinan atau cabutan yang benar yang ditandatangani dan dimeterai oleh Pendaftar hendaklah, dalam mana-mana prosiding boleh diterima sebagai keterangan tanpa apa-apa bukti selanjutnya.
