s 22 Information to be furnished by registered youth societies
Every registered youth society shall, within sixty days after the holding of its annual general meeting or if no annual general
meeting is held, within sixty days after the end of each calendar year, forward to the Registrar—
(a) a true and complete copy of any amendments to the rules of such youth society made since the date of registration or of the last return;
(b) a true and complete list of office-bearers and the number of members of such youth society residing in Malaysia or present therein at the date of such return or, if such youth society has no office-bearers residing or present in Malaysia, the name, address and occupation of the person or persons in Malaysia authorized to act for or on behalf of the youth society and the number of members as aforesaid together with a true and complete list of the office-bearers of all the branches, if any, of the youth society;
(c) the address or the place of business of the youth society;
(d) the accounts of the last financial year of the youth society together with a balance sheet showing the financial position at the close of the last financial year of the youth society;
(e) the name and address of any society, association, or any other body of persons, incorporated or unincorporated, outside Malaysia to which the youth society is in any way associated or affiliated;
(f) the description of any money or property, any pecuniary benefit or advantage received by the youth society from any source outside Malaysia and other relevant particulars; and
(g) such other information as the Registrar may from time to time require.

Maklumat yang diberikan oleh pertubuhan belia berdaftar
Tiap-tiap pertubuhan belia berdaftar hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Pendaftar dalam masa enam puluh hari selepas mengadakan mesyuarat agung tahunannya atau sekiranya tiada mesyuarat agung tahunan diadakan, dalam tempoh enam puluh hari selepas berakhirnya setiap tahun kalendar—
(a) suatu salinan yang benar dan lengkap apa-apa pindaan kepada kaedah-kaedah pertubuhan belia itu yang dibuat sejak tarikh pendaftaran atau tarikh penyata terakhir;
(b) suatu senarai yang benar dan lengkap pemegang jawatan dan bilangan anggota pertubuhan belia itu yang bermastautin atau berada di Malaysia pada tarikh penyata itu atau, sekiranya tiada seorang pun pemegang jawatan pertubuhan belia itu yang bermastautin atau berada di Malaysia,
nama, alamat dan pekerjaan orang di Malaysia yang diberi kuasa untuk bertindak untuk atau bagi pihak pertubuhan belia itu, dan bilangan anggotanya yang sedemikian bersama dengan suatu senarai yang benar dan lengkap mengenai pemegang jawatan bagi semua cawangan, jika ada, pertubuhan belia itu;
(c) alamat atau tempat urusan pertubuhan belia itu;
(d) akaun bagi tahun kewangan terakhir bagi pertubuhan belia itu bersama dengan kunci kira-kira yang menunjukkan kedudukan kewangan pada penutup tahun kewangan terakhir bagi pertubuhan belia itu;
(e) nama dan alamat mana-mana pertubuhan, persatuan, atau mana-mana kumpulan orang lain, yang diperbadankan atau tidak diperbadankan, di luar Malaysia yang dengannya pertubuhan belia itu mengikut apa-apa cara bersekutu atau bergabung;
(f) perihalan apa-apa wang atau harta, apa-apa faedah atau keuntungan kewangan yang diterima oleh pertubuhan belia itu daripada mana-mana sumber di luar Malaysia dan butir-butir lain yang berkaitan; dan
(g) apa-apa maklumat lain sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Pendaftar dari semasa ke semasa.
