s 26 Application of section 25 to unlawful branch of registered youth societies
Where a branch of a registered youth society—
(a) has been declared unlawful by an order of the Minister under section 33;
(b) is notified by the Registrar to the Director General of Insolvency to be an unlawful youth society under subsection 18(3); or
(c) has, otherwise howsoever, become an unlawful society under subsection 86(1),
the provisions of section 25 shall apply to the branch of the registered youth society and its property in the same manner as they apply to a registered youth society and its property, and the
reference to the governing body of the registered youth society under subsections 25(3) and (5) shall be accordingly construed as a reference to the governing body of the branch concerned.

Pemakaian seksyen 25 bagi cawangan pertubuhan belia berdaftar yang menyalahi undang-undang
Jika cawangan sesuatu pertubuhan belia berdaftar—
(a) telah diisytiharkan sebagai menyalahi undang-undang melalui suatu perintah Menteri di bawah seksyen 33;
(b) diberitahu oleh Pendaftar kepada Ketua Pengarah Insolvensi sebagai suatu pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undangundang di bawah subseksyen 18(3); atau
(c) telah, dengan apa jua cara, menjadi suatu pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang di bawah subseksyen 86(1),
peruntukan seksyen 25 hendaklah terpakai bagi cawangan pertubuhan belia berdaftar dan hartanya mengikut cara yang sama sebagaimana ia terpakai bagi apa-apa pertubuhan belia berdaftar dan hartanya, dan sebutan mengenai badan pengelola pertubuhan belia berdaftar dalam subseksyen 25(3) dan (5) hendaklah dengan sewajarnya ditafsirkan sebagai sebutan mengenai badan pengelola cawangan pertubuhan belia itu.
