s 28 Disputes
(1) Any unresolved dispute in any youth society may be referred to the Registrar for his decision. (2) Any disputing party aggrieved by the decision made by the Registrar shall appeal to the Dispute Resolution Panel.

(1) Apa-apa pertikaian yang tidak dapat diselesaikan dalam mana-mana pertubuhan belia boleh dirujuk kepada Pendaftar untuk keputusannya. (2) Mana-mana pihak kepada pertikaian yang terkilan dengan keputusan yang dibuat oleh Pendaftar boleh merayu kepada Panel Penyelesaian Pertikaian.
