s 52 Application for annual allocation of main body of youth societies at the national level
(1) The main body of youth societies at the national level may apply to the Minister for financial allocation and assistance for the purpose of carrying out its functions under section 50.
(2) For the purpose of subsection (1), the main body of youth societies at the national level shall prepare the estimation of expenses for every financial year.
(3) The main body of youth societies at the national level shall submit to the Minister an annual estimation of expenses for the following year in any manner and contains any particular as determined by the Minister.

Permohonan bagi penguntukan tahunan badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan
(1) Badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan boleh memohon kepada Menteri bagi penguntukan kewangan dan bantuan bagi maksud menjalankan fungsinya di bawah seksyen 50.
(2) Bagi tujuan subseksyen (1), badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan hendaklah menyediakan anggaran perbelanjaan bagi tiap-tiap tahun kewangan.
(3) Badan induk pertubuhan belia di peringkat kebangsaan hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Menteri suatu anggaran perbelanjaan tahunan untuk tahun berikutnya dalam apa-apa bentuk dan mengandungi apa-apa butir yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri.
