Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 6
(1) The Registrar may, in writing, delegate any of the powers conferred on him under this Act, except the power of delegation under this section, to the Deputy Registrar or any of the Assistant Registrars appointed under subsection 4(2). (2) Any delegation under subsection (1) shall be subject to any restriction and limitation as may be prescribed by the Registrar in the instrument of delegation.
Kuasa pewakilan
(1) Pendaftar boleh, secara bertulis, mewakilkan mana-mana kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini, kecuali kuasa pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini, kepada Timbalan Pendaftar atau mana-mana Penolong Pendaftar yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen 4(2). (2) Apa-apa pewakilan di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah tertakluk kepada apa-apa sekatan dan batasan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Pendaftar dalam surat cara pewakilan itu.
