s 80 Unlawful youth societies
(1) For the purposes of this Act, any of the following youth societies shall be an unlawful youth society, that is to say—
(a) a youth society or a branch which has been declared unlawful by the Minister under section 33;
(b) a youth society or a branch which is not registered under section 9;
(c) a branch of a youth society, where the branch was established in contravention of subsection 18(1), or continues to exist in contravention of the proviso to subsection 18(3); and
(d) a youth society or a branch thereof which has had its registration cancelled under section 31 and 20.
(2) Where a youth society is unlawful under subsection (1), or its registration is cancelled under this Act, every branch of the youth society shall immediately thereupon be unlawful and the approval of the Registrar for its establishment shall be deemed to be revoked.

Pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang
(1) Bagi maksud Akta ini, mana-mana pertubuhan belia yang berikut adalah menjadi suatu pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang, iaitu—
(a) suatu pertubuhan belia atau cawangannya yang telah diisytiharkan sebagai menyalahi undang-undang oleh Menteri di bawah seksyen 33;
(b) suatu pertubuhan belia atau cawangannya yang tidak didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 9;
(c) suatu cawangan sesuatu pertubuhan belia, jika cawangan itu telah ditubuhkan bertentangan dengan subseksyen 18(1), atau terus wujud bertentangan dengan proviso kepada subseksyen 18(3); dan
(d) suatu pertubuhan belia atau cawangannya yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 31 dan 20.
(2) Jika mana-mana pertubuhan belia adalah menyalahi undangundang di bawah subseksyen (1), atau pendaftarannya dibatalkan di bawah Akta ini, setiap cawangan pertubuhan belia itu hendaklah dengan serta-merta selepas itu menjadi menyalahi undang-undang dan kelulusan Pendaftar bagi penubuhannya hendaklah disifatkan terbatal.
