Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 86

s 86 Penalty for publishing, etc., propaganda of an unlawful youth society

(1) Any person who prints, distributes, publishes, displays, sells or exposes for sale, or transmits through any medium or who, without lawful authority or excuse, has in his possession any placard, newspaper, book, magazine, periodical, poster, circular, proclamation, pictorial representation, letter or any other document or writing whatsoever or which is issued or appears to be issued by or on behalf of or in the interests of an unlawful youth society commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both. (2) Any placard, newspaper, book, magazine, periodical, poster, circular, proclamation, pictorial representation, letter or any other document or writing whatsoever and any book, magazine, periodical, poster, proclamation, newspaper, letter or any other document or writing in respect of which such person shall have been convicted shall be forfeited.

Penalti kerana menyiarkan, dsb., dakyah pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undang-undang

(1) Mana-mana orang yang mencetak, mengedar, menyiar, mempamer, menjual atau mempamerkan untuk jualan, atau menghantar melalui apa-apa media atau yang tanpa kuasa atau sebab yang sah, memiliki apa-apa pelekat, surat khabar, buku, majalah, terbitan berkala, poster, pekeliling, perisytiharan, pernyataan bergambar, surat atau apa-apa jua dokumen atau lain-lain penulisan yang dikeluarkan atau seolah-olah dikeluarkan oleh, atau bagi pihak atau bagi kepentingan suatu pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undangundang melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya. (2) Apa-apa pelekat, surat khabar, buku, majalah, terbitan berkala, poster, pekeliling, perisytiharan, pernyataan bergambar, surat atau apa-apa jua dokumen atau penulisan lain dan apa-apa jua buku, majalah, terbitan berkala, poster, perisytiharan, akhbar, surat atau apa-apa dokumen lain atau tulisan yang berkenaan dengannya orang itu telah disabitkan hendaklah dilucuthakkan.
