Youth Societies and Youth Development Act 2007 s 93
Any person who displays or uses any certificate of registration or copy thereof of a youth society whose registration has been cancelled with the knowledge that the certificate of registration has been cancelled commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit.
Penalti kerana mempamerkan atau menggunakan perakuan pendaftaran yang telah dibatalkan
Mana-mana orang yang mempamerkan atau menggunakan apaapa perakuan pendaftaran pertubuhan belia yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan atau salinannya dengan mengetahui bahawa perakuan pendaftaran itu telah dibatalkan melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ribu ringgit.
