s 98 Expert evidence
In any prosecution under this Act, there shall be no objection to the admissibility of expert evidence that the expert is not or has not been a member of any unlawful youth society.

Dalam apa-apa pendakwaan di bawah Akta ini, tidaklah boleh menjadi apa-apa bantahan terhadap kebolehterimaan keterangan pakar bahawa pakar tersebut bukan atau tidak pernah menjadi anggota bagi mana-mana pertubuhan belia yang menyalahi undangundang.
