Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants Act 2007 s 14
Any person, who traffics in persons being a child, for the purpose of exploitation, commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term not less than three years but not exceeding twenty years, and shall also be liable to fine.
Kesalahan pemerdagangan kanak-kanak
Mana-mana orang, yang memperdagangkan orang yang merupakan seorang kanak-kanak, bagi maksud eksploitasi, melakukan suatu kesalahan dan hendaklah, apabila disabitkan, dihukum dengan pemenjaraan selama tempoh tidak kurang daripada tiga tahun tetapi tidak melebihi dua puluh tahun, dan boleh juga didenda.
