s 39 Obstruction
Any person who obstructs, impedes, interferes or fails to comply with any lawful demand of an enforcement officer in the performance of his functions under this Act commits an offence.

Mana-mana orang yang menghalang, merintangi, mengganggu atau gagal untuk mematuhi permintaan yang sah seseorang pegawai penguat kuasa dalam melaksanakan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini melakukan suatu kesalahan.
